Our approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and rooted in cultural safety.

With teams in BC, ON, AB, MB, and SK, we serve communities coast to coast. Virtual sessions ensure that distance is never a barrier to healing, and in-person services are available based on therapist location.

About Us
Our Story & Impact
Since 2011, we have walked alongside Indigenous communities, families, and individuals across Canada. By leaving behind sustainable tools, our clients have been able to re-establish trust and move forward in their healing journeys. Elders are more active and addressing residential and day school trauma. Parents are becoming sober, leading to healthier parenting and improving the lives of their children. Healthier adults are becoming active leaders in their communities, showing that change and healing are possible. We believe that healing is not about what happened to you, but rather what happened within you to affect a change in reactions and coping. We support those recovering or wishing to recover from addictions and move forward in healing.
