Services
Comprehensive, Culturally Safe Services
We provide psychotherapy, psychoeducation, program development, and professional mentoring—all delivered with deep respect for Indigenous knowledge and modern therapeutic practice. Our services are available in-person and virtually across Canada, meeting you where you are in your healing journey.
Jordan's Principle & FNIHB Approved
We are a Jordan's Principle Approved Service Provider and FNIHB approved, ensuring no-cost access to eligible First Nations children, families, and communities. We also work with EAPs, Benefits, and various funding opportunities to make healing accessible.

Benefits
Why Choose Us
Our team brings 15-30 years of experience per member in mental health and addiction services. We are globally Indigenous therapists and cultural advisors who understand the unique needs of Indigenous, Métis, and First Nations Peoples. Our approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and rooted in cultural safety.
Experienced & Indigenous-Led
Every member of our team has 15-30 years of experience and is deeply connected to Indigenous culture, values, and healing practices. We are RP, RSW, RSSW, CYW, DSW, and Psych.Associate credentialed.
Holistic & Trauma-Informed
We integrate traditional healing—table talk, sharing circles, land-based ceremonies, symbolism, and art—with evidence-based therapy. Our approach addresses the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and community.
Accessible Across Canada
With teams in BC, ON, AB, MB, and SK, we serve communities coast to coast. Virtual sessions ensure that distance is never a barrier to healing, and in-person services are available based on therapist location.
About Us
Our Story & Impact
Since 2011, we have walked alongside Indigenous communities, families, and individuals across Canada. By leaving behind sustainable tools, our clients have been able to re-establish trust and move forward in their healing journeys. Elders are more active and addressing residential and day school trauma. Parents are becoming sober, leading to healthier parenting and improving the lives of their children. Healthier adults are becoming active leaders in their communities, showing that change and healing are possible. We believe that healing is not about what happened to you, but rather what happened within you to affect a change in reactions and coping. We support those recovering or wishing to recover from addictions and move forward in healing.
